Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. By using it you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. They are separate from the written agreement I sign with a client for paid work, which controls that work.
What this site is
This website describes the services of Artificial Agent LLC and Loop & Lens and lets you contact me. Nothing here is a contract, a guarantee or professional (legal, financial or tax) advice. The blog notes are general information for small business owners, written from my own experience. They may not fit your situation.
Free previews and examples
- A free preview is an unpaid concept I make so an owner can see what a website could look like. It is not a finished product, an offer I'm obligated to complete, or a statement that the business has approved it.
- Previews are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business they show. Business names, ratings, hours and reviews come from that business's public Google listing. Review text is quoted word for word and credited to its author. Photos and video in previews are stock images and stand in for the business's own.
- If you own a business shown in a preview and want it changed or removed, call or text (803) 674-0824 or email lsb@artificialagentllc.com and I'll take it down promptly.
- Examples, illustrations, the package builder and the "type a name" demo on this site are for illustration. Prices shown are my current prices for the packages described and may change. A price is only binding when it's in a written quote or agreement.
No promises about results
I work hard and I use proven methods, but I can't promise search rankings, placement in AI answers (such as ChatGPT or Google's AI), traffic, calls or sales. Those depend on factors outside my control.
Ownership
The design, code, text and images that I create for this site belong to me or my licensors. Photos of Levi Brown are his. Stock photos come from Pexels under its license. Background video clips were made with Luma AI. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. You may link to this site. Please don't copy it or present it as your own.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, send spam through its forms or access anything you aren't meant to. I may block activity that looks abusive.
Links and outside services
The site may link to other sites. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for them.
No warranty and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site, and my total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lexington County, South Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
