Privacy policy
This website is run by Levi Brown, doing business as Artificial Agent LLC and Loop & Lens, in Lexington County, South Carolina. This page explains what happens to information you give me or that your browser shares when you use the site. I wrote it in plain language on purpose.
The short version
- I collect only what you type into a form, plus basic technical data every website receives.
- I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising.
- This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics tools.
- You can ask me to show, fix or delete what I have, any time.
What I collect
What you send me. If you use the free-preview form, the consultation form or the Loop & Lens free AI check form, I receive what you type: your name, business name, trade, town, phone number and/or email, the package or service you're interested in, your preferred call day and time, and any note you add. Please don't put sensitive information (such as payment card numbers or Social Security numbers) in these forms.
What the website receives automatically. Like every website, the hosting service receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
On your device. The site uses no cookies. When you close the Loop & Lens card on the home page, your browser remembers that for the length of your visit using its temporary session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab.
How I use it
To reply to you, build the free preview you asked for, schedule a call, send a quote and, if we work together, deliver the project. I may also follow up about your request by phone, text or email. I don't use your information for anything unrelated. I use AI tools to help draft replies and build previews, and I don't put sensitive details (like payment or ID numbers) into them.
Who else handles it
I use a few service providers to run the site. They process data only to provide their service.
- Netlify (hosting and form handling). Form entries are stored in my Netlify account and forwarded to my business email.
- Google Workspace (my business email and calendar).
- Google Fonts (the typefaces). Your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, so Google receives your IP address.
- cdnjs by Cloudflare (a 3D animation code library). Your browser loads it from their servers.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect my rights or someone's safety. If the business were ever sold, your information could transfer to the new owner under the same promises.
How long I keep it
Form entries are kept while I'm working with you or following up, and then for up to 24 months so I can answer later questions. After that I delete them. Records I must keep for taxes or contracts (for example, signed agreements and invoices) are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete what I have about you: email lsb@artificialagentllc.com or call or text (803) 674-0824. I'll respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
- Calls and texts: reply STOP to any text, or tell me on a call, and I will stop. I won't make agreeing to marketing messages a condition of anything.
- Email: every marketing email will say who it's from and give a way to opt out. I honor opt-outs promptly.
- Privacy rights by state: I'm a very small business, but I will honor reasonable access, correction and deletion requests from anyone, wherever you live.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to form entries is limited to me, the accounts that hold them are protected with sign-in controls, and I don't store payment card details myself. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, so please share only what's needed.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Do Not Track
Because the site doesn't track you across other sites, there is nothing to turn off.
Changes
If I change how I handle information, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
